Who is Phil Howell?

I’ve often been told I have an old head on young shoulders, as I tend to appreciate the simple pleasures in life. I’m always eager to learn new skills and embrace new challenges. I have a genuine passion for customer service and enjoy creating lasting impressions to ensure our customers feel well looked after.

What is your role at Solmedia?

I’m a Sales Executive at Solmedia, where I provide customers with timely and accurate quotations to help them make informed decisions. I also assist with any questions they have, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

What do you enjoy most about working at Solmedia?

Solmedia’s customer-focused approach and positive workplace atmosphere makes it a great place to be. I enjoy the daily problem-solving challenges and collaborating with my colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for our customers. It’s also incredibly rewarding to know that my role contributes, even in a small way, to supporting medical science and ultimately helping people.

What do you do outside of work?

I’m a very active person and play football whenever I can. When I’m not playing, I’m cheering on Wolverhampton Wanderers—I’ve been a lifelong fan! I also have a deep love for music and enjoy exploring different cultures through it. This passion led me to start collecting vinyl records from all genres. In the summer, I’m an avid golfer, though my swing could definitely use some improvement!

A fun fact about Phil:

I’ve recently taken up painting after growing up watching Bob Ross, and I’m absolutely loving it!
